Our new TSI-Teaching-Method takes care of the individuality of each player. After learning of the basic techniques forehand, backhand, volley and serve and good footwork, the participant can develop his personal style. Also part of this method isthe development of the strong strokes as well as the work on the player`s weaknesses. Another important part of the TSI-teaching philosophy is "learning with fun" and doing "games" that especially have been developed for this system. By playing those special games in our courses, additional motivation cn be created and a maximum of improvement can be reached. From the beginning we work with real strategic situations and practise the game of singles and of doubles.

This concept for training of the Tennis-School International has been successfully operating in many holiday resorts and hotels for many years. It is a combination of the German highly recognized DTB/VDT-Method and the most important teaching xperiences of the United States and own, new ideas. The concept is completed by the many experiences Thomas Schmid could make in professional tennis. These factors create a method which is suitable as well for beginners and for intermediate players as it is for good players and tournament players of all levels.

Various modern teaching devices are used on the court. For quick learning in our courses we do drills using   electronic ballmachines. As a result, the players hit a lot of balls in a very short time - learning by doing - and make very fast improvements. The coach always is next to the player and this way directly can control or correct the strokes.

In our well liked courses for kids we use small courts "Mini-Tennis", super light rackets and various, coloured soft-tennisballs.
